Confidence.

The process of acquiring confidence and gaining a positive perspective comprises of positive self- talk and affirmations and most importantly from action as well as practice. Yon need to get rid of those negative thoughts and emotions and believe in yourself. Then you have to set small and achievable goals which you can achieve. Break down big goals into small achievable smaller steps or goals and achieve them in order to build your self- esteem. You can reward yourself after every small accomplishment to reinforce your confidence. This will give you a sense of immediate and rapid sense of accomplishment which would enhance and boost your self- esteem. Improve your skills and your competence due to the fact that competence leads to self- belief and the more skilled we become the less anxious and more confident we become this also reduces the fear of failures and increases self- assurance which can help you in achieving mastery in your skill and which in turn again will increase your confidence. You should also confront your fears and overcome them because conquering those obstacles will also build and increase your self-belief. You should also eat healthy and take good care of your body because it can have a huge impact on your body as well as your mind. We should accept ourselves and recognize one’s true nature and even accepting our flaws as this will bring inner peace and would also bring confidence. True confidence resides in being aware of the fact that we are all unique, different and connected. There is no need to prove anything to anyone else. We should always live in the present, no matter what. This is because living authentically in the present frees one from unnecessary anxieties. Real confidence arises when we act without attachment to results. When we do something joyfully and with an inward satisfaction without any fear or attachment to the results, we can build real confidence. Fear in my opinion, is the opposite of confidence. Confidence is the state of being fearless, where uncertainty and change are embraced. Even if there is fear, one should act in spite of it. We should strive for mental clarity and fearlessness, as this will lead to self- assurance which breeds confidence. We should speak less and practice mindful speech ensuring that our spoken words are purposeful, and aligned with our spiritual or moral values can enhance self- confidence. We have to constantly learn so as to bolster our confidence and self- esteem. We should also develop a purpose and should work as well as serve others which will build confidence and sense of purpose. Last but not the least, in order to be more confident, we need to be competent in our respective field or domain. We need to know in which domain are we competent and how competent and proficient we are in that domain. We should attain a level of competence and mastery or proficiency in our respective domain, this will lead to confidence. 

1.) Identify your Divinity : -

 Understand that every human being is divine by nature. In my opinion, this is a grat tip for you all to develop unshakable confidence.
Reflect on your inner potential. Through meditation or self-introspection, focus on the belief that you are capable of achieving greatness because divinity resides within you.

2.) Faith in Yourself: -

You should have immense faith in your capabilities. Build self-trust through small tasks. With every completion, appreciate your work and multiply those achievements. Self- faith is as important as faith in God. 

3.) Conquer Fear: -

Fear is the greatest barrier to self- confidence; that’s why you have to overcome fear. Fearlessness is your mantra to success and personal power. Don’t be afraid of anything my friends! You can connect to me whenever you want to if you fear something or have a personal problem. I am you real life Batman, LOL. 

4.) Continuous Learning and Self- Improvement: -

You should follow continuous growth and learning as the way to improve self- confidence. Knowledge powers the mind and make one’s faith in themselves stronger. Commit to lifelong learning. This may be through reading, skill building, or seeking new experiences, expand your horizons to feel capable and confident.
